Can Join Contest with a 2- or more at the same time?

Hi Guys im newbie here, id like to know if joining the contest can enter 2 or more at the same time... and how to register the other one. i have only register one model... and at the contest rules says...

"You're already entered into this contest, to change the model you entered with, please select the right model from below."

does it means if i choose the other one, my first registration disappear, and change for my new one instead...?

Only one model can be entered per contest.
