trying to get away from getting crazy doing nadleeh and virtue, so decided to start on a monoeye...zudah while i try to get my sanity back.
snap built first

adding just 1 led to the monoeye...zudah just starting up mode...low light...

full power up mode .... brighter light

this time round it will only have a modest 9 leds. but i will deploy something experimental, fibre optics and see if it works as well.
some interior pictures

i followed my principle of not destroying any parts. so unlike the usual, it's not a LED eye.
now to create the battery compartment and the switch
firstly, do you see it?

dug a big hole in the bottom, big enough to house the batteries in. but small enough to keep it tight. and oh, that battery is specially done in a battery pack. note that the battery compartment is conveniently hidden away when the upper piece is joint to the lower ones. it is also convenient for me to change the batteries when needed. This is the result of 2 weeks redesigning where to house the batteries. I most probably will be using this approach for all 1/144 kits.

and the switch, cheap, nicely hidden in the front chest. i may be modifying the chest so that it can be turned down, but that isn't my concern now.

ok, now to start on the real inventions of 'detactable' yet 'lightable' parts...
C and C are welcome...no painting planned yet...
