Even though your still young, try and think about your skill sets and what comes easily to you. As long as there is a need for your skills, you can make some easy money.
If your handy with electronics, try your hand at fixing computers or DVD players around the neighborhood. Do it for a reasonable price or in trade (during college I received much food and other things for repairs) and over time slowly expand. In my area people will pay anywhere from 50-100 USD just for an hour of your time at their house.
When I was younger, I wanted to be a jack of all trades. I didn't bother looking at my strengths and weaknesses and try to do it all. I mowed relatives yards, fixed my parents computer countless times (which got them bragging and brought me easy cash), I gave massages, burned custom mixed cd's (wouldn't recommend it now), tutored a little, did landscaping for a substitute art teacher, basically anything I could do to feed my gaming/gunpla/card game (first pokemon then yugioh then magic) habits.
As you get older, sadly, the world tends to push you down into singularities and wants you to have a more specific skill set on your resume... when your 16-19 they are impressed... but by the time you hit 20 they want to know why you haven't focused on a skill and are even more uneasy if your actually going to stick with that job for a reasonable amount of time.
Sorry, I went on a little bit. I don't mean to scare you or anything like that... but for your youth, do want you can to supply your habits, but don't lose focus of what you want to do with your life.
